Therefore, to improve adhesion, it is necessary to apply a gloss layer that both protects the paint layer and helps increase the shine of the surface.
Printing
The tin plate can be printed on the machine after the above processes. Tin printing usually uses offset printing, because the surface of the tin plate is smooth and the ink absorption is high.
A layer of glossy varnish should be applied on top of the iron plate after the printing is completed. This will increase the gloss and improve the scratch resistance of the surface.
