MCP | WARRANTY POLICY
1. Warranty Conditions
1.1. The product must fall under MCP’s warranty coverage list.
1.2. The product has technical or quality defects caused by MCP.
1.3. The warranty period is still valid.
1.4. The product is warranted in accordance with technical standards.
1.5. The delivery note (invoice or document) must remain intact, not patched, erased, altered, or stained.
1.6. MCP is not responsible for warranty service if the product does not meet the above warranty conditions.
2. Warranty Period
2.1. The warranty period for empty cans is 6 months from the production date of the batch (based on COA and packing list), depending on the type of product specified when the customer places the order and receives the goods from MCP (with invoice or document verifying source of goods).
2.2. The warranty period for filled cans is equal to the shelf life of the contents inside, but not exceeding 3 years from the filling date.
