Q1: What is the tin box material? Is it possible to Printing on food tins?
The Tin Box is coated steel with a protective target layer. Tin box is a high-quality safe packaging material for food items, such as vegetable food, canned peaches, canned cloth, soup, functional food, confectionery, chocolate, etc… Lacquer is coated on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and collision of the tin with food products and thus making it suitable for food storage.

Q2: How to print on metal packaging? How many types of printing are there?

Decorative Metal is the printing process using CMYK colors. Printing is done on the large metal first, then slitting onto the smaller piece for stamping and forming. Offset Printing, Pantone Printing, White Lacquer Printing, White Printing are used as your request.

Q3: Do you have samples available? Is the sample free? How can get sample order?
A: My company has samples available, for sure. Existing samples can be provided for your reference. It is free! Please kindly provide us your company name, detailed address, phone number, courier service account (Viettel Post) then we send the form. Please note that the freight is on buyer's account.

Q4: Can I use the company's free mold right? If I have to customize new molds, how can the costs be?
A: Yes, our existing mold can be provided to you by free, except for some special mold which belongs to our existing customers. For new mold and sample cost, if the accumulated order quantity reaches 100,000, can be refunded.

Q5: How much is the MOQ? And how many designs can I do?
A: Due to the printing volume and mass production, MOQ is normally 1000PCS for large size, 10000pcs for small size.

Question 6: How to receive a specific quote?
A: We would like to quote specific products as you required. All the products we make are according to customer's requirement, Price may be affected by many factors, such as size, shape, quantity, iron thickness, printing method, Color, Packing Method, etc. In addition, material prices are subject to constant change. Please let us know your requirements and we will provide you with the best solution.

Q7: How many days to have samples for mass production?
Existing sample: 3-5 days

Customize sample: 12-15 days

New custom mold & sample: 20-25 days

Mass production time: Normally, the delivery time is 20-25 working days. But it still depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order
