MCP | WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty Conditions

1.1. The product must fall under MCP’s warranty coverage list.
1.2. The product has technical or quality defects caused by MCP.
1.3. The warranty period is still valid.
1.4. The product is warranted in accordance with technical standards.
1.5. The delivery note (invoice or document) must remain intact, not patched, erased, altered, or stained.
1.6. MCP is not responsible for warranty service if the product does not meet the above warranty conditions.

2. Warranty Period

2.1. The warranty period for empty cans is 6 months from the production date of the batch (based on COA and packing list), depending on the type of product specified when the customer places the order and receives the goods from MCP (with invoice or document verifying source of goods).

2.2. The warranty period for filled cans is equal to the shelf life of the contents inside, but not exceeding 3 years from the filling date.

3. Warranty Implementation Method

3.1. Warranty Contact Channels:

  • Direct: Customers may contact the sales representative in charge of their order.
  • Indirect: Customers may submit requests/feedback via phone, mail, email, fax, Zalo, or the Company’s official fanpage channels.

3.2. Warranty Processing Timeframe:

  • In case of customer complaints, MCP will resolve the issue within 30 days from the date of receiving the written complaint, images, or actual defective product samples provided by the customer.
  • Warranty service is only applicable if the customer has fully paid for the goods in accordance with MCP’s terms.
  • For defective products caused by MCP, replacements will be provided in the customer’s next order.
  • In all cases, the warranty processing time depends on the severity of the product damage or the availability of replacement products. Customers will receive specific notification from MCP.
    • In all cases, MCP shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred if customers fail to comply with the instructions stated in this Warranty Policy.
