MCP | SHIPPING POLICY

1. For Purchasing Directly at My Chau Office
Customers can view available designs and receive goods directly at My Chau.

2. For Small Orders
After receiving the order information, MCP sales staff will process the order and provide feedback to the customer regarding the order, payment, and delivery within 24 hours.

Customers make payment, and MCP will arrange delivery through a reputable shipping service provider based on the delivery address provided by the customer. The shipping fee will be calculated according to the service provider’s rates. The staff in charge of the order will inform the customer of the specific fee before delivery.

The delivery time is estimated between 3–7 days from the date the order and product are confirmed, or as otherwise agreed with the customer when placing the order. However, in certain force majeure cases, delivery may take longer, including but not limited to:

• MCP sales staff in charge of the order cannot contact the customer using the order’s contact details;
• The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or difficult to locate;
• A sudden surge in MCP orders causes delays in order processing;
• MCP’s raw material suppliers deliver later than expected, affecting production time; or the logistics provider delays delivery due to distribution issues.

3. For Big/Bulk Orders
For customers with bulk order requirements, MCP sales staff will work directly with the customer to negotiate the contract, payment terms, delivery, and shipping fees.
