1. Reasons for accepting returns
Delivered wrong model, quantity and information in the order.
The product seal is lost.
Damage caused by the factory such as technical errors, design errors, printing errors, products not meeting the published standards or errors caused by transportation such as scratches, cracks
The customer has a request to change the product (the customer must compensate for the additional costs incurred)
2. Conditions of return
Requirements for returned products
The product must be intact, fully labeled and sealed in the same way as the original specification (except in the case that the product is defective or damaged in transit).
There are full accessories, papers and accompanying gifts (if any).
The product must not be dirty or have a strange smell, the product must not show signs of being used.
Return time
Based on the postmark or stamp of the delivery unit in case the return request is sent by post or delivery.
If the customer comes directly to the MPC return center, the return time is calculated when our staff receives the request.
Cost of return after printing
Free exchange and free shipping after printing if found to be faulty by the manufacturer or supplier.
If the return request is due to the customer's change in product requirements, the products that are regulated by us will charge a return fee, the customer will be refunded free of charge and only need to pay the shipping fee to the address provided.
3. Return process
Contact MPC's sales department directly and explain why you want to return.
Pack the product you want to return and send it to or directly to an MPC return center
After receiving the returned product, MPC will promptly make a new product to send it back to the customer or refund the money upon request to the customer's provided account number.
