2. Shipping Policy

In case customers who order by phone or email need to have it delivered to their place upon request, our company provides shipping services for customers. Normally, the company will ship to customers in about 3-7 working days depending on the number of orders since receiving the order. However, there are also cases where the delivery takes longer but only happens in the following force majeure situations:

My Chau staff will not be able to contact customers by phone, so they cannot deliver.
The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
Our order volume spiked causing slow processing of orders.
The partner supplies the company with materials later than expected, causing the delivery to be delayed or the shipping partner to deliver the goods.
Regarding the shipping fee, My Chau is free for all orders within Ho Chi Minh City with a value of VND 50,000000 or more, in the remaining cases we will notify customers of the specific shipping charges. When confirming the order, depending on the geographical location and volume of the order, the shipping fee may be adjusted to provide the best customer support.

For provincial customers, if there is a need to buy products, we will ask for the delivery service of shipping companies and the fee will be calculated according to the fees of the shipping service providers, the company will quote the specific fee. before shipping the goods to the customer.

3. Return/Refund Policy
Refund cases:

Defective goods such as: the print color is smudged, the print image is not as originally requested by the customer, etc.
The delivered goods do not match the model and type that the customer ordered
Goods delivered with wrong quantity or wrong size
If you find the above cases, please do not receive the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm the status of the machine on the spot and request a return. Otherwise, the customer must immediately report the defective goods to us within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the goods to receive support for renewal. product is delivered.

Refund fee: the return fee will be fully borne by My Chau if the fault belongs to the company.

Refund form: Will renew the product for the customer, in case there is no longer such product in stock, the company commits to refund 100% of the fee that the customer has paid to us through the following forms: : cash at the company or transfer to customers.

ARTICLE 1: TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The body of the can is made of tin foil (ETP), the outside is clear varnish, the inside is dark gray varnish. Party A proposes Party B to manufacture according to the technical regulations of the technical data sheet for each type of product attached in this contract and is the basis for resolving technical disputes between the two parties. .

ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY - PACKING - TESTING

2.1. Delivery time and place: delivery after 20-25 working days from the date of contract, order is signed and approved. Goods are delivered in batches at Party B's workshop, together with goods with valid financial invoices. The number of each delivery must be full of vehicles. In the event that Party A's line has a technical problem, Party A will notify Party B immediately to discuss and agree on the delivery date.

2.2. Packing: Cans are packed in pallets, wood is wrapped with shrink film around, lids are packed in cartons (EOE 202 lids are individually closed on pallets). Pallets and cartons lent by Party A, Party B is responsible for preserving and fully refunding Party A on the next delivery. If it is missing or damaged, Party B must pay Party A 120,000 VND for each pallet, 15,000 VND for each carton. The basis for comparing the number of pallets is based on the ex-warehousing note attached to each delivery. Loading and unloading, each side bears one head. Goods must be lifted and lowered by forklift.

2.3. The product is checked and accepted by Party B as soon as Party A delivers. If detecting that the goods do not meet the quality standards, Party B has the right to refuse to receive the goods and return the unsatisfactory goods to Party A immediately upon receipt of the goods. Party A is responsible for damaged, dented and bumped cans during transportation from Party A's warehouse to Party B's workshop.

For damaged goods discovered after delivery due to Party A's fault, Party B issues a notice of damaged goods to Party A, within 02 days, Party A will send a technician to Party B's workshop to check and recover. quantity of damaged goods if the cause is party A's fault. Past the time limit of 15 days from the date of receipt of goods, Party A will not settle any complaints from Party B.

ARTICLE 3: RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF BOTH PARTY:

Rights and obligations of Party A:
Deliver the goods with the correct quantity and quality to Party B specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this contract.
In case a debt is due for payment but Party B has not yet paid but requires further delivery, Party A has the right to suspend delivery until Party B pays all the due debt, then Party A will deliver the goods again.
Party A is responsible for damage affecting the quality of Party B's goods if the cause is determined to be Party A's defect in the quality of the can. If the fault belongs to Party B, then Party B is fully responsible.
Rights and obligations of Party B:
Party B is responsible for making payment in accordance with Article 3 of the contract in terms of time and value. If the payment is late, Party B must pay an additional overdue interest calculated at 150% of the lending interest rate of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam for the amount of late payment.
Regularly monitor the quality of products delivered by Party A. Goods in stock at Party B's warehouse must be stored in a dry place, away from moisture, avoiding direct contact with fire, chemicals, sunlight, and not colliding with other items or equipment such as vehicles. forklift, machinery, materials and supplies of Party B.
