CAREER OPPORTUNITY: CHIEF ACCOUNTANT |
I. Job Description:
- Organize the accounting system and ensure accurate reflection of economic activities in the company's business operations;
- Structure the department and assign personnel according to job functions, manage and supervise the performance and responsibilities of the Finance & Accounting Department;
- Manage and monitor cash flow in business and investment activities, and control financial risks;
- Oversee and control budgeting, financial planning, and actual spending across departments;
- Report and analyze factors affecting cost and business profitability;
- Analyze production costs, compare actual costs with planned standards, and propose solutions for cost control and production efficiency;
- Inspect and verify all accounting data and ensure accurate records of daily transactions related to production and inventory (semi-finished and finished goods) at the end of each period;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Director and the Board of Directors.
II. Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting;
- Certified Chief Accountant (as required by law or the company);
- Strong expertise in accounting standards, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost accounting;
- Solid understanding of tax laws, regulations on deductible expenses, taxable income, etc.;
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with products and/or business models and service management in the packaging industry;
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a company of similar scale, with at least 3 years of experience in cost and production accounting management.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills;

- Analytical and synthesizing skills;
- Teamwork;
- Strong writing skills and cost analysis abilities;
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel), accounting/production management software;
- Ability to operate common office equipment (printers, photocopiers, scanners);
- Basic English proficiency.
