| CAREER OPPORTUNITY: RECRUITMENT & TRAINING SPECIALIST |
As part of our strategic plan to strengthen recruitment and training activities, My Chau Printing and Packaging JSC is looking for a Recruitment & Training Specialist to join our team.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Recruitment:
- Implement and improve recruitment processes.
- Build employer branding and expand appropriate recruitment channels.
- Develop recruitment materials: job postings, visuals, skill and personality assessments.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment tasks: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant records, addressing candidate inquiries, sending offer letters, and onboarding.
- Participate in interviews.
- Manage recruitment budget.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports.
2. Training:
- Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs, including curricula, lectures, and post-training assessments.
- Deliver internal training sessions such as: New employee orientation, Workplace Safety, Equipment Operation, 5S, Kaizen, soft skills, and company policies.
- Work with department heads to establish an annual training plan as a recurring company activity.
- Organize and facilitate training logistics: venue, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with external training partners.
- Prepare periodic training reports.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge:
- Knowledge of labor market, labor law, and training programs.
- Understanding of workplace safety, fire prevention, soft skills, basic leadership, production management, and operations.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, specifically in manufacturing (required).
3. Skills:
- English: Able to read and understand technical materials or equivalent to TOEIC 500+.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and training-related applications.
- Strong in-class training skills (required), verbal and written communication, teamwork, independent working, analytical thinking, negotiation, conflict resolution, content creation, and social media usage.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
